Our minimum age for most individual sports is age 40 at the end of the current year except Basketball, Golf, and Pickleball which have a minimum age of 50 at the end of the year. In addition, Cornhole, Power Walk, Race Walk, and Track & Field, all have a mininum age of 35. Cycling and Road Race are being held in conjunction with the Maine Senior Games, and have a minimum age of 45. TEAM SPORTS: The minimum age for Basketball is 50. Both Men’s and Women’s Basketball is offered. Ages are based on the indiviual’s age as of December 31st of the year in which you are competing.
